This charming cottage of character is located near Saint-Geniès classified as "most beautiful villages in France" in the Périgord, offers you calm and space to taste the pleasure of the countryside while enjoying the very pleasant comfort of a recently renovated house.
Backing onto a large wooden terrace with a pergolate, the private swimming pool offers a direct view of a beautiful walnut grove.
The large terrace extends into the middle of fields and woods, inviting you to walk along pleasant walking or cycling routes.
Ideally located between Sarlat and Montignac, you are close to many prehistoric sites in the Vézère valley (Lascaux, La Roque Saint-Christophe, Les Eyzies) and the Dordogne valley (castles, La Roque-Gageac, Domme).
The cottage can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 1 to 4 children or 6 to 8 adults; It consists of a large living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen: fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, 3 bedrooms, large shower room, separate toilet. WC on the first floor.

De grands espaces, belle maison.
Emplacement idéal pour visiter les environs : châteaux médiévaux, sites préhistoriques, baignades...

Gîtes propres, agreable pour une grande famille, idealement positionné pour rayonner sur la vezère et la dordogne, proche des grands sites: montignac, sarlat, la roque gageac...
La maison restait fraiche malgré les températures caniculaires et nous est apparue bien plus belle que sur les photos.
Aucune nuisance au alentour, un hangar pour garer du materiel agricol a proximité mais ne créant aucune géne.
Le propriétaire est adorable et de très bon conseil, n'hésitez pas a lui demander les bonnes adresses.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette charmante maison rénovée et toute équipée.
Les plus beaux sites de la région sont accessibles rapidement depuis St Geniès, un plaisir !

Avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très propre. Avons beaucoup apprécié le calme, la grande terrasse et la très bonne situation de la maison pour visiter la région.
