About this villa rental
This property consists of a villa and a completely separate apartment occupied by a single person, rented on a year-round basis, with its own garden and private entrance. The villa and the apartment do not share any part of the garden.
The property is situated on a fenced-in lot of 1,700 m² with no neighbors directly across the way and an electric gate, located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the residential neighborhood of Valescure, 3.5 km from the sea (Veillat Beach).
A 10m x 5m lit swimming pool, equipped with a safety alarm and a "bubble" cover.
Exclusive use of the pool, garden, and bocce court by the villa’s guests.
5-room villa, 141 m². Pleasant layout:
• living room with fireplace, Wi-Fi (4G speed), TV, soundbar.
• veranda serving as a dining room.
• 4 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long) and one with a double bed (160 cm wide, 190 cm long) + a former office converted into a 6 m² bedroom with a single bed (90 cm x 190 cm).
• 2 showers/toilets.
• 1 large walk-in closet serving all bedrooms.
• Large kitchen (4 burners, oven, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster) with a bar table for meals, opening onto the veranda and then the terrace.
• Linens provided:
- Towels (100x140+50x100) per person,
- Fitted sheet + pillowcase + duvet cover,
- Kitchen towels.
• Washing machine in the utility room
• Available: Patio furniture, lounge chair, pétanque ball, Mölkki game.
Parking space (3 cars) on the property. BBQ, smoke detector.
• The entire property was renovated in 2021 and 2022, including a new kitchen and bathrooms, fresh paint, curtains, etc.
Shopping center 1.5 km away. Golf course (18 holes) + 1 driving range (9 holes) 2 km away; tennis courts 2 km away. Nearby attractions: Saint-Raphaël 5 km, Fréjus 7 km, Cannes 44 km, Nice 70 km. Well-known lakes are easily accessible: Sainte-Croix 100 km. Saint Cassien 20 km. Hiking and mountain biking area: Estérel Massif 5 km. Youth groups not welcome.
In addition to the rental price, you have the option of ordering a meal for the evening of your arrival (raw vegetable salad, grilled meats, dessert, rosé wine) as well as traditional Croatian meals that will be offered during your stay.
Keys are handed over on-site.

The villa was absolutely fantastic, everything was as it should be. It was spotlessly clean throughout, the kitchen was very well equiped.
Having our own large pool was a real bonus too.
Great location, really quiet and picturesque and within easy reach to all amenities.
Communication with Bruno, the host, was very good and also prompt and he was very accommodating as was Boris the housekeeper.
In summary could not fault the villa or location and would highly recommend, this place was a great find and made a brilliant holiday, I'm sure that we will be back!

My family stayed at Villa Tranquille, Valescure for 2 wonderful weeks. Boris met us at the house and looked after us. The house was immaculately clean and well equipped. I would recommend some beach accessories- towels, beach chairs, beach/pool toys. Some local tourist brochures would be good also. Overall, we were delighted with the house and pool. St. Raphael is a beautiful place to visit and we would highly recommend this house as a base for a holiday. Thank you to Boris and Bruno. Bridie and Sean
