The view from the balcony and terrace were exceptional. We had a large triple room with AC, which was very clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast was nice with fresh fruit, yogurt, juices and pastries. There was a limited selection of cereal, sliced meat and cheese. Both Gandolfo and Gabriella were very helpful.
The location was a 25-30 min walk from Cefalú and could be done either by pleasant seaside walk or along main road into the town. The walk back involved an up hill section at the end. This was not an issue for us but to be aware if you are not planning to rent a car. Taxis were approximately 20 Euro one way. There were a few restaurants and large supermarket recommended by Gandolfo within 10 mins walk.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa del Vescovo. The house is stunning with a beautiful view of the sea. The room was big and very clean with a confortable king size bed. For breakfast you have everything you need and it was very nice. You can walk to Cefalu it takes around 30 minutes the walk is really nice as it is on the coastline. And thank’s to Gandolfo for his recommandations there were all very good.

Nice view from the villa. Big room, clean and comfortable. The shower is spacious and clean.
Breakfast is tasty but mostly sweets and pastries. Wish there were some eggs and vegetables. Room 1 is near the entrance and the breakfast area so it gets quite noisy in the morning. The location is beautiful yet on a steep hill, it is recommended to stay only if you have a car. It’s 7 minutes drive to a parking near the old city. Bring mosquito repellent or you’ll get bites :) Overall the room is very basic while the price is the highest one we paid for in Sicily, and we didn’t feel like the price is justified.
