הדירה ממוקמת באזור מעולה. בתוך המתחם יש בריכה ואפילו סופר קטן. הדירה מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך והאווירה מאוד נעימה ושקטה. קרוב לשכונה יש מתחם חנויות עם סופר ומסעדות. בעל הדירה מאוד אדיב והיה זמין לכל שאלה.
הדבר היחיד שמעט הפריע זה רמת הניקיון במטבח. אמנם המטבח היה מאובזר, אבל נמנענו מלבשל כי הסירים לא היו נקיים. גם לאחר שטיפה הם עדיין לא היו במצב טוב.
