Le cadre, l’environnement et la vue. Deux chambres, deux salles de bain attenantes à chacune d’elle, très appréciable.

Préciser que la piscine n’est pas chauffée, et que la villa est quand même éloignée du centre de Gaios donc véhicule ou scooter indispensable pour se déplacer sur l’île qui mérite d’être visitée tant elle est de toute beauté.

We stayed in Villa Eleni. Hardly any view from the veranda due to massive trees growing across the street. You would expect that such a nice veranda would be covered, so the guests can enjoy the outdoors in good weather as well as in raining weather. Well it is not covered. So when it rains (not often but it does) you are forced indoors were the living room space is very limited. What a shame. The swimming pool is not heated but it was crystal clear and had the view that we had hoped to have from the apartment. The kitchen is utensil limited and plates and cups limited as well. Need updating for sure.

This unit would rent for 60 to75 euro per day 7 years ago and now is 200 euro. The cost of earning and living in Greece is the same or worse than 7 years ago but the greed element has grown to incredible heights. They are charging Geneva prices because the have the beaches that Geneva does not, but Geneva is a City of amazing sights and scenery in central Europe. Definitely our last visit to Greece. For sunshine and beaches it will be Hawaii, Mexico and Cuba in the future.

Sophia nous a fait de bonnes recommandations une fois sur place. Villa proche du centre ville de Gaios. La climatisation performante et pas bruyante, bonne literie.

Les douches, vue mer dégagée aurait été un plus.

We could not communicate with hosts. We had problems with the sewer and no one could help us. The house was full of ants and spiders. The cleaner would come if she wanted and whenever she wanted.
