The serene location provides an authentic Greek island atmosphere, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and traditional stone architecture. Local tavernas, boutique shops, and cultural attractions are easily accessible by car, while the peaceful setting ensures restorative relaxation away from tourist crowds. The elevated position captures cooling sea breezes and offers spectacular viewing opportunities from the private terrace.
Access to Lagom House requires navigating approximately 50 wide stone steps from the street to the property entrance. While the steps are well-maintained and generously proportioned, guests with mobility concerns should consider this requirement. The property features single-level accommodation once inside, ensuring comfortable navigation throughout the living spaces. There is no dedicated parking space directly adjacent to the property. Guests can park on the street.
