We always enjoy staying at Playa Royale and this condo is especially nice and updated. Elsa was quick to respond to our questions and concerns.
10 / 10Outstanding·Feb 2025
We have stayed in Elsa’s condo multiple times, and the experience has always been exceptional. This trip was no different. The condo is beautiful, and Playa Royale/Paradise Village meets all of our needs for a long term stay. Thank you again.

The property is beautiful and the condo is gorgeous. There are too many unlisted rules, like kids can't jump into the pool. Not one waiter asked if we wanted anything ever. We are members of Paradise Village and expected much better service.
