This High end central air conditioned 2 bedroom, 2 bath Condo features a fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, granite counter top, dishwasher, easy clean cook top, electric oven and side by side refrigerator with in door purified water ice dispenser.
The balcony is furnished with two loungers and a patio dinning set where you can enjoy amazing sunset dinners or just sit back, relax and enjoy the spectacular unobstructed view.
There is also a hot tub on the balcony for those romantic evenings.

We've stayed at this resort many times and love it. This particular condo was lovely. It had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. The owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would choose this rental again.

Such a beautiful unit. If I could, I would give it 10 stars. The view is phenomenal from the balcony and also from the front door of the unit looking towards Puerto Vallarta. The accommodations for the unit are perfect. It is very well equipped with everything you need. The property owner is very nice to work with, as well. We can hardly wait until next year!!!

We loved our stay at The Playa Royale this year. The view from the 10th floor was magnificent with the ocean outside our outdoor balcony. The unit was clean with a very comfortable master bed and large master bathroom. The few problems we encountered were quickly addressed by the owner, George in a very friendly and accommodating manner. We are looking forward to coming back next year.
