Beautiful, elegant and comfortable flat in Florence with terrace and breathtaking view of the Duomo. It is located on the third and top floor (without lift) of a 19th century building in the historic centre, within walking distance of the most important museums, churches and monuments (600 m from the Duomo and 800 m from the Uffizi Gallery). This 85 m² flat for 5 people has been recently renovated and is very well furnished, decorated and fully equipped (internet, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, air conditioning, CD/DVD player, Wi-Fi). It consists of a living room with dining area and a small kitchen (refrigerator, oven, toaster, kettle, American coffee machine, microwave), 1 bathroom with shower (hairdryer available) and 2 double bedrooms. A short staircase leads to an attic room with another bathroom with shower and a single bed for one person. Another staircase from the living room leads to a terrace with a breathtaking view of the Duomo, Giotto's bell tower and a full view of the city. The flat with terrace is also close to the 'flea market' and the historic Sant'Ambrogio food market and is located in a beautiful, typical area of Florence, with numerous craft shops and typical restaurants. One of our best accommodations in Florence for those who want to enjoy the city at its best. Pay car park about 250 metres away. We offer wine tours/tastings, tours to San Gimignano, Siena, Lucca, Cinqueterre, Arezzo with private driver; or Florence city tours with private guide (reservation required).
Note: the centre of Florence is a restricted traffic zone, controlled by cameras. Cars must be parked in garages, public car parks or outside the city. Usually garages are open 24 hours a day.
