Nice apartment close to the beach and city center. Private closed parking. Everything was in good conditions.

cosy flat at walking distance from downtown

clean and well located but heating missing a bit inside

had to struggle to find the right entrance of the building. fortunately other travelers were also kooky for the same entrance and called their agency who came and helped.

Well designed apartment in the center of Deauville

The apartment is great! Since the place is small, everything is very well organized. I was also impressed that the owner didn’t save money on the appliances - it’s really good! Benjamin was nice and replied very fast, if I had a question. The apartment is central, the neighborhood is very quiet thought.

Unfortunately when we were visiting the place, there was construction right on top of the apartment (on the 3 floor). The workers were drilling, it felt like it was happening in the apartment itself :( My baby was scared. I managed to convince the workers not to drill during nap time thought. Of course it was not the owner’s fault but still: you don’t want to deal with this on vacation.

Location! Location! And free parking made the stay in Deauville very pleasant.

The apartment is in a great location with easy access to the beach and shopping. Benjamin was a good communicator upon our arrival and we enjoyed our stay.

The sofa bed linens were dirty and so was the tea kettle and sink/faucet area. The sofa bed was not very comfortable.

The apartment was great for us especially as we were travelling with our dog, as it had a big garden for use of the apartments, and was close to the beach.

The bedding was not very good quality and the room was small.

Sehr schmutzig und abgenutzt.

Die Unterkunft lag sehr zentral.

Die Unterkunft war super schmutzig und ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Schlafsofa mussten wir erstmal selbst beziehen und beim Ausklappen des Bettes war das ganze Bettlaken voller Haare und Schmutz. Das Besteck und teilweise Geschirr ist super abgenutzt, der Backofen war auf den ersten Blick sauber aber beim Rausnehmen der Bläche ist uns die ganze alte Soße in die Hände gelaufen. Der Abfluss am Waschbecken war verstopft.

Parfait !

L’appartement est vraiment cosy, décoré avec goût et bien équipé ! Nous avons apprécier la vue mer ! On recommande !!!

Petit problème avec le bip pour pouvoir sortir du parking. Notre véhicule était bloqué sur le parking le jour du départ parce que le bip ne fonctionnait pas. Par contre la personne que nous avons contacté a vraiment été très réactive et nous la remercions vivement pour son efficacité ! Le voisinage nous a aidé donc tout s’est bien passé ! Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons !
