This lovingly maintained, authentically rustic natural stone finca is located in an idyllic, quiet and rural location between the towns of Felanitx and Manacor in the east of the island and not far from the many paradisiacal beaches of the Calas de Mallorca.
On this property you are in absolute harmony with nature and that in connection with a very typical Mallorcan natural stone house, which is now quite rare.
The finca offers around 200 m² of living space over two floors, a total of 4 double bedrooms (2 with double beds and 2 with two single beds each), 2 bathrooms (with shower) enough space for up to 8 guests.
On the first floor we find a cozy, rustic dining room and the adjoining modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, toaster and microwave. There are also two bedrooms and one of the bathrooms here.
On the upper floor there are the two other bedrooms and the second bathroom and the living room with a huge couch, satellite TV and WiFi internet. At the entrance to the house there is a covered seating area with a chilled out sofa corner for cozy evenings and another area covered with an awning with a large dining table by the kitchen.
A little to the right of the house you reach the enchanting sun terrace with the 10 m x 5 m (1.80 m x 2.00 depth) private swimming pool, where you can relax and quickly forget the stress of everyday life. There is a covered barbecue grill nestled somewhere between the pool terrace and the house.
Due to the good connection to the finca, the beautiful beaches such as the bays of the Calas de Mallorca, the fishing village of Porto Colom or the beaches in the south around Santanyi can be reached by car in just 10-15 minutes
