Other Things to Note:
Please note that loud, rowdy and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, that all Rules and Regulations of the condominium and of
Mexico are strictly enforced and that violators will be held accountable including, but not limited to, arrest by proper authorities,
eviction from the premises and/or forfeiture of all monies paid.
• Please do not move or rearrange the furniture and avoid taking any items out of the condominium. Everything is inventoried and
anything damaged, broken, missing or lost will be charged to your credit card or cash security deposit. Please report any noticeable
damages immediately upon check-in.
• Fireworks, fire arms and drugs are prohibited by Mexican Law and the violators can be arrested by proper authorities.
• No music or Tv loud noise after 9:00 PM that might disturb owners and renters is allowed in order to preserve tranquility.
• The HOA maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy on threatening or abusive behavior. Harassment or physical abuse of any person by
another is prohibited. Violators of this and or the rules below are subject to immediate removal from the property.
• NO offensive, intimidating, threatening behavior will be tolerated. Violators are subject to immediate removal from the Resort.
• Camping on the grounds of the condos or congregating in the parking lot is not allowed, It is prohibited to have tents, chairs, towels or
to organize games in the green areas (grass).
• Sleeping inside the vehicles is not allowed.

Great condo with View and private parking. Unit was very clean and the view was amazing. It is away from the chaos of the city and quite. Elevator was great for bringing up groceries to the floor. It is a gated community with security. I look forward to staying there again.

The view from the balcony is spectacular. We spent each morning watching the sun rise, & saw whales several times. The condo matches the photos online. Note: for the fitness center & rooftop pool you have to walk around the outside fence to another gate, who knew?! A lovely place for our family to enjoy the city. Nicely located a bit away from everything, but close enough that a quick drive gets you to any point you would care to enjoy. Thank you.

This place was amazing, it was equipped with everything we needed or could imagine! Host was just wonderful.. I would recommend this property for anyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
