About this house rental
Enjoy the Sea of Cortez views from your own private pool. Gathered around the fire pit or grilling on the rooftop terrace with a full outdoor kitchen. This three-bedroom home in La Vista`s gated community was made for groups who want to spread out and relax. A community pool and palapa dining area are just steps away, and downtown Cabo`s beaches and nightlife are only 7 minutes away. Costco and Walmart are right around the corner. Chileno Beach is also within easy reach.
As you enter, you’ll be greeted by the luminous open-plan layout. The spacious living room area has plenty of comfy seating and a SmartTV for downtime moments at home. One of the sofas opens to a single pullout bed. There is a round conversation-style dining table with 6 cushioned chairs for peaceful meals at home.
There’s a large and fully equipped kitchen with a center island, quality appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals. Plus, there are extras like a coffee maker and coffee, blender, toaster, and dishwasher for easy clean-ups!
When it’s time to rest, the home offers three comfortable bedrooms designed to ensure a good night’s sleep:
⦁ Bedroom 1 – Plush king bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, and direct access to the pool area.
⦁ Bedroom 2 – Two queen beds with direct access to the pool area.
⦁ Bedroom 3 – One double/full bed.
The home includes two full bathrooms with stand-up showers and an additional half bath for extra convenience.
* Additionally, enjoy warm showers with the newly installed water heater.
The location is close enough to town to be convenient and far enough away to be relaxing and soothing.
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and shared access to the community amenities on-site.
Someone will meet you to check you in. Please advise us of your approximate arrival time. Full instructions will be provided before your arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we are available seven days a week! Should you need anything, just send us a message!
You’ll be in the exclusive gated community of La Vista Residences, close enough to downtown Cabo San Lucas to be convenient and far enough away to be relaxing and soothing. You’ll be about a 7-minute drive from downtown and its stunning beaches, dining and shopping options, restaurants, nightlife and more. For groceries, just a 3-minute drive from Costco and 5 minutes from Walmart.
Our property is conveniently located just 9.7 km (6 miles) from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), ensuring a quick and hassle-free arrival and departure. Once you land, you’ll be just a short drive away from starting your vacation.
To make the most of your stay and explore everything Los Cabos has to offer, we highly recommend renting a car. With a vehicle, you’ll have the freedom to discover nearby beaches, local restaurants, golf courses, shopping areas, and other attractions at your own pace. For your convenience, the property offers outdoor parking right on-site.
If you prefer not to drive, there are still plenty of options to get around. Uber service operates in the area, providing an easy and reliable way to move between beaches, restaurants, and points of interest. Additionally, public transportation is available and can be a budget-friendly option for exploring local spots.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- The home is two-stories, so guests will need to climb stairs.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules at the complex must be respected.
No smoking inside the condo. A $200 USD penalty will apply if this rule is violated. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, and we kindly ask that doors remain closed when doing so.
No parties or events are allowed. This is a peaceful residential community, and we ask all guests to respect the tranquility of the surroundings.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing our neighbors.

The house was as pictured and described, very roomy and bright. There was a lot of construction in the area so quite noisy overall but we were able to tune it out and enjoy the beautiful view. The road behind the house is not paved and quite busy so the house and pool became very dusty. There were some issues with the hot water tank turning off so we had reached out to the property manager and had someone come look at it. He did not understand English so we had to fumble through the language barrier. He ended up saying it was working but it wasn't and we were having cool showers. After a few days I gave up and went on a search for the tank, it had gone out. Every few days the tank would turn off and have to be re-ignited then wait to have a warm shower. Hopefully they get this issue fixed for the next renter as we had mentioned it multiple times to the manager. The location was good for anyone wanting to be away from the busyness of Cabo. There is a little mall next door with a great Cafe for breakfast and a gourmet store just opening up with amazing Lentil soup! The neighborhood that the unit is in was very quiet and Uber rides made it easy to get to groceries, restaurants and even downtown was only 15 minutes.

This is a beautiful home! Enjoyed the views from the main patio and the roof top patio for meals, enjoyed the tranquility and privacy from the pool deck. Very clean house and very comfortable beds. 10 minutes to downtown. 3 grocery stores nearby. Beautiful grounds and gated for security. Host is wonderful and responsive! Loved our visit! Highly recommend!

This was a lovely condo that exceeded our expectations. It was clean and comfortable with new linens and towels. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking supplies. The balcony was very large with the most beautiful views over Cabo throughout the day and evening. The grounds of the community were coming to life with flowers and plants. There are hiking trails just outside the gated community that are great and safe for walks. The pool is large and refreshing-we often felt it was our own private pool. We did not rent a car but chose to use Uber which was very convenient and reliable. The condo is not walkable to shops or restaurants which suited us. We would return to this condo.
