About this house rental
This beautiful building with exposed stonework will be the ideal place for your family or friends to gather around the fireplace. This traditionally furnished gîte in the heart of Normandy can accommodate 5 travellers. It is composed of a warm living room, a fitted and equipped kitchen, two bedrooms as well as a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. You can also enjoy its separate and fenced garden of 550 m² to enjoy a lunch in the sun! Sheets and towels provided.
The accommodation
With a surface area of 90 m², the house has the following layout:
Day area on the ground floor:
- Living room with fireplace, double sofa bed, TV, dining area with table and 4 chairs.
- Separate fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, gas cooker, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, crockery and cutlery, dining table.
- Laundry room with washing machine
Sleeping area on the first floor:
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (140 cm X 190 cm)
- Bedroom 2 with single bed and desk
- Shower room with separate shower and WC
Outside :
Beautiful 550 m² fenced and sunny garden, furnished with a table, bench and parasol, allowing you to peacefully enjoy a lunch in the sun. The garden is located 20 m from the house (road to cross).

The house is located in a very quiet and pleasant country village, the ideal location for a relaxing stay by the fire. For nature lovers, there is a greenway 200 m away. The beach is only 9 km away and a leisure centre with a golf course and pond is 7 km away.
For the little ones, you can go to the Lac des Bruyères where there is a playground or 20 m from the gîte, a small field is accessible for ball games.
Many food shops are nearby.

- Cotentin beach, easily accessible by car (12 minutes)
- Lac des bruyères (3 minutes)
- Numerous hiking trails with walks in the dunes.
- Excursions to the islands of Chausey and Jersey
- Mont St Michel is 1h15 away by car
