Vacation Apartment No. 04 in the Büdnerstube building measures 56 m² and offers plenty of space for up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children).
The large, open living area with a dining table and open kitchen is perfect for relaxing. The living area is furnished with a couch, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV. Next door, in the well-equipped open kitchen, you can cook to your heart’s content. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, and a dishwasher. The vacation rental features two separate bedrooms—one furnished with a comfortable double bed and the other with a tandem bed—each equipped with a flat-screen TV. The en suite bathroom features a sink, a toilet, and a shower. Wi-Fi and a parking space for your car are available free of charge. You can also charge your electric car at the charging station for a small fee.

The vacation rental is located in the quiet, rural village of Middelhagen on the Mönchgut Peninsula. The sea is only about 100 meters away, and a sandy beach is about two kilometers away. A restaurant is just 200 meters away, and the nearest shopping area is about four kilometers away. A public transportation stop is about 400 meters away; a car is recommended for excursions in the surrounding area. The natural setting is perfect for walks, bike rides, and a variety of activities by and on the water.

Welcome to the idyllic and traditional village of Middelhagen on the Mönchgut peninsula of the island of Rügen. Nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet will find their paradise here. The thatched-roof brick houses characterize the village’s picturesque setting.
The gentle rolling hills of the landscape, the rugged cliffs, the white sandy beaches, and the Bodden—a bay typical of the Baltic Sea—create a fascinating scene. And let’s not forget the 5-kilometer-long headland, the Reddevitzer Höft, which juts out into the Baltic Sea. Anyone interested in the region’s and surrounding area’s history should definitely visit the school museum in Middelhagen. Classes were held here for about 150 years. Today it’s a museum, and anyone who’s interested can sign up for a historical lesson. It’s a great experience for the whole family.
Hiking enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy on Mönchgut. Several hiking trails wind their way through Bodden meadows and fields, across the Zickerschen Alpen, along the forested dune belt, or right along the beach. During the summer months, you can also join guided hikes, as the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve is a unique landscape conservation area that is home to rare plants.
