The location was great, the apartment just fine. Beds were fine.

1. We had to pick up the keys at different location. This was only mentioned to us when we already parked at the apartment at the time we agreed on. How can you forget to mention this? Not a warm welcome... 2. We had to pay €40 extra for linen and towels. I tried to search back, but can't find any mention of this... Booking is normally no extra hidden costs. Arriving and having to pick towels and linen yourself elsewhere and then make your own beds for €40 extra costs is not a warm welcome. 3. No toilet paper, not even one roll in the apartment. What if you arrive and need to go? (also nothing like dishingwashing cloth, soap, scouring pad. 4. Advice: go as host to the apartment earlier to switch on electricity for a cold fridge and warm water (boiler). Now it took hours to have a cold drink or warm shower... 5. If you want to make tea, there is no kettle, you have to take a 5 liter pan that pours poorly. 6. They have bedside lamps, but no wall outlet near it, you have to bring your own electric extension cord?
