Die Mängel vom letzten Mal waren behoben 👍👍👍
Die Sträucher und der Vorplatz müssten mehr gepflegt werden und das Regal neben dem Eingang kann entsorgt werden, nimmt nur Platz weg, denn ist eh nichts drin und sieht nicht einladend aus.

Die Lage zur Einkaufsmeile und zum Strand ist sehr gut! Dass man die großen Glastüren öffnen kann, ist sehr schön im Sommer. Das Appartement war sehr sauber.
Der Außenbereich glich bei unserem Eintreffen einer Müllhalde. Man hätte hier ein Mal Ordnung schaffen können. Bei diesem Appartement handelt es sich augenscheinlich um eine umgebaute Garage. Entsprechend schlecht ist die Dämmung. Wir waren im Oktober da und es war total ausgekühlt. Die nachträglich eingebaute Heizung summt rund um die Uhr sehr hochtönig, sodass wir enorme Probleme beim Einschlafen hatten. Die eingebaute Treppe ist super steil und sehr glatt.
