Добре розташування ( 5 хвилин пішки від площі ринок), та тихий район. Гарний новий ремонт та дуже чисто. Покївка зустріла та все показала по апартаментам.
Ніде не повідомляється що пральна машинка та праска знаходяться на поверх нище та на користування декількох апартаментів. Засіб для прання сказали купляти самому, а це не дуже зручно якщо приїжджаєш тільки на декілька днів. Апартаменти знаходяться на 3 (фактично 4) поверсі. Ліфту немає, конкретно для мене це не була проблема але для всіх по різному.

Розташування хороше, всередині як на фото, все добре в цьому плані, зручна кухня невеличка і достатньо всього щоб приготувати
Спілкування при заселенні з покоївкою Оксаною, було по грубому дуже представлено все. Якісь дурні правила, ніби тут власниця всього вона і нас безкоштовно тут прийняли і дали милостиню, директорка дверей як то кажуть. Також це як квартира комунальна поділена на кілька, тобто чути сусідів і ще чути роботу пральних машинок внизу ( це як при вході куточок покоївок). В цьому ж спільному коридорі дуже неприємний запах, може то від лілій, які там стояли + запах хімії але не найприємніші відчуття.
