The Space:
Gateway Villas is a well-loved gated beachfront condominium located just north of the Times Square area of Fort Myers Beach. With this great location you get a picturesque white sand beach right outside your door as well as shops, restaurants and the pier just a short walk away!
This unit, #795 is a 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom featuring a king size bed and lovely walk-in shower. The kitchen comes with all standard appliances including a coffee pot. The couch folds out into a full sized sleeper sofa, allowing a max occupancy of 4. You also have your own private screened-in porch off the living room that directly faces the Gulf of Mexico.
Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

This unit has a keyless entry so a code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. However, this unit requires a gate pass that you will need to pick up from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first before going to the unit.
This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter).

Clean and comfy. The eye sore is the range, toaster and coffee maker. The range worked, but gosh it’s the first thing you notice in the kitchen-needs replaced!!! Seating nice and comfy and nice table. Bed a bit hard but nice sized room and washer and dryer were great in unit!! The bedroom window needs blackout curtains for night due to lights in exterior halls.
Other than those few items, unit was very nice! Location is perfect. Elevator on one side was not working for half our trip.
