Super easy check in. Perfect location. Just as described!

5 min walk and you're on the beach. 16th Street has a beach entrance. In the laundry room they have a beach wagon, umbrella and a few chairs to borrow. The bedrooms and the living room have their own air conditioner that are controlled independently. A lot of places to eat right off the main strip within walking distance.

Came to the house from ny on spring break and loved it. Not even a 2 min walk from the beach and near a lot of restaurants that are very good. Super clean house that made us feel very comfortable. We are very happy with our choice to stay here and will hopefully be back in the future!

Location was fine. Communication was good. Overall the house could use some TLC. Walls need fresh paint. Curtains are only one panel - not wide enough to cover the window (and all windows are ground floor where passersby can see in. Curtains in living area actually look like shower curtain panels. No curtain at all on kitchen window - we hung beach towels all around so people couldn’t see in at night. No wall decor - just holes where it used to be. Water pressure at bathroom sink was very low. Place was clean, just needs work.
