Two cottage duplex located on a dead end street. Each cottage has its own kitchen and bath and TV. Both cottages are included! Cottage with 3 bedrooms has air conditioners in each of them. The other cottage has a ceiling fan. Fenced back yard. One minute walk to sandy Wells Beach . Near shops, restaurants and arcade.Ideal accommodations for two families vacationing together. Close to Kennebunk, York and Ogunquit. Trolley stop just a minute away. Park your car and relax. Fine and casual dining nearby.

Location was perfect for our family — the dead end street was quiet and peaceful.We loved having the two separate units— yet tons of space for us to gather together. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our kids to play in.

This place was perfect for our stay. It was me, my husband and my 2 kids aged 2 and 9m. My sister and my parents. My parents stayed in the home with the loft which was perfect for them and my family and my sister stayed in the other home with the bedrooms! Lots of space and 2 kitchens was great. The backyard was safe and fenced in and perfect for my 2 year old to run around in. The home was older and that was ok but it was really spacious and fit our needs. Location was walking distance to the beach or a short drive to other ones. Thank you for letting us stay! We may book again for next year!
