    The table is sticky with food stain and dust. Bedsheet and pillow cases are with yellow stain. Tissue boxes are only 10% - 20% filled, cannot last till 2nd day. Due to we arrived late night, I decided to clean the table myself and compromised 1 night for the stain. No housekeeping the next day until I called around 12pm+. I have specifically asked to clean the table and change bedsheet. After return to the room at 2pm+, worse pillow stain found and bedsheet stain still there. Have to oversee and monitor the housekeeper to change it in front of me. Am here for vacation, not to work. Not worth for money with this kind of housekeeping and high price paid. Btw, after the housekeeper left, I lap the table again with tissue, it was still not deep cleaned. Very disappointed with this kind of service. Will never return again.

    Unfortunately, my recent stay at Zenith Cameron Highlands, Room 706, was a very disappointing experience. I honestly did not expect this from a hotel claiming to be 5-star. The room was clearly not ready to receive guests. There were no towels provided in the room when we checked in. Even the dustbin was missing from the room, with only a small bin available in the bathroom. The bathroom door was another issue. It made a very loud, unpleasant noise every time we closed it. This made me wonder — does the hotel actually inspect and check the room properly before allowing guests to check in? These are basic things that should have been checked before handing the room over to a guest. The breakfast was also very disappointing. The selection was quite simple, yet the hotel charges RM80 per adult and RM40 per child. At that price, I expected a much wider variety and a breakfast spread that reflects a 5-star hotel. For comparison, I have previously stayed at Zenith Kuantan, and the difference was significant. The variety of food there was much better and, in my opinion, much more worth the money. Overall, the experience at Zenith Cameron Highlands was far below my expectations. The room condition, basic amenities and breakfast simply did not reflect what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. Seriously, I would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family members. It is quite disappointing because I genuinely expected better from a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, based on my experience, Zenith Cameron Highlands did not feel like a 5-star experience at all. Room 706. Overall experience: Not worth the money
