La terrazza della villa e la sua vista non hanno rivali. La casa parla di sé. È una casa storica di tempi lontani ammodernata per accogliere gli ospiti. Si percepisce la storia della tradizione. Lo spazio a disposizione consente momenti di relax totale per tutti. Essendo monofamiliare e sola la casa consente grande privacy.
Piccoli dettagli migliorabili in casa per il tipo di casa che è. Il reflusso dello scarico acque nere va sicuramente migliorato.

La posizione è ottima
La struttura non era adeguatamente pulita. Entri e sul terrazzo vedi secchi e bastoni per spazzare, lo stendino e altre suppellettili che dovrebbero stare in un qualche ripostiglio. Il materasso del matrimoniale è durissimo. Inoltre ( cosa ingiustificabile) le lenzuola di almeno un letto singolo NON erano state cambiate, con tracce di peli e capelli, oltre che di un disgustoso odore di altre persone. Veramente sgradevole.
