Świetna lokalizacja - w odległości 3 minut stacja metra linii L3 i przystanek autobusowy. Dosłownie "za rogiem" jest dobrze zaopatrzony supermarket. W okolicy znajduje się sporo sklepów (głównie odzież, kosmetyki), piekarni, barów. Około 10 minut spacerem stoi dom projektowany przez Gaudiego (Casa Vicens - polecam wizytę, jest znacznie mniej zatłoczony niż Casa Batllo) Mieszkanie wygodne, kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko, co niezbędne do przygotowania posiłków (no, może brak zmywarki był zaskoczeniem). Jest pralka, w kuchni.

Pewną niedogodnością był klub z darts'ami zlokalizowany na parterze, pod mieszkaniem. Nie było słychać muzyki, tylko gwar rozmów. Dla nas nie było to szczególnie uciążliwe, nie przeszkadzało w czasie snu. Trzeba też uważać na drzwi przesuwne do łazienki - wypadały z prowadnic (może właściciel coś z tym zrobi po moim wpisie)

The apartment was beautiful to stay in; very comfortable and spacious. It was close to supermarkets, pharmacies, places to eat, metro/bus lines. Checking in and out was super easy.

The listing does forewarn about a bar closeby and it was open all of the nights we were there. It was super noisy, I could imagine for someone who is a light sleeper how hard it would be for them to get some sleep. This is the only thing but this is out of the owners control. Still very satisfied with our stay.

Great location - Great square around the corner - fab ice cream shop (Anita)(we went back most days) and lovely cafe (Amelie) and good supermarket with nice, fresh product (Sorli). 15 min walk down to Casa Batllo (Gaudi) and the hop on hop off buses and underground station about 5 minutes away Check in/out super easy with an automated locking system on your phone

Shower was filthy- first time in all my travels I've ever had to ask to have someone come back to clean it. We had to shower the first night in flip flops. You could wash chunks of grim from the shower basin/door with the shower head. Balcony was unusable with construction works next door- couldn't even open the doors for fresh air. Dusty, dirty and super noisy (August '25 with a lot of building still to go it looks like). The construction noise also made staying in the house during the day not overly pleasant Bedrooms are small (struggled to get bags in around beds) & windows all faced inside to dreary courtyard. No real natural light and noisy at night as it's shared with all the other apartments (noise past 1am all nights) Kitchen was equipped with only very basic stuff - no toaster or small saucepans for example Washing machine damaged several items of clothing - no help from hosts to recover damage costs despite notification as soon as it happened (2 pairs of board shorts and 1 t-shirt- £125+ worth of clothing). Then meant we didn't feel comfortable using it after that.
