Compact apartment but well equipped with a coffee machine, stove top, fridge, condiments, etc. We had four people in the apartment so it was a tight squeeze but manageable.
Could use another spare blanket for the sofa bed for the colder nights.

Location and parking was easy, close and free. Wifi signal and shower water pressure were strong! Pictures were accurate of apartment. Great communication from host via WhatsApp. You need a car from here to get to the train station. We walked it the first day, but realised we should have saved the 1.8 mile round trip walk for hiking up at Montserrat. I would suggest driving to the cable car (free safe parking) and taking that up and back instead of the train.
The host controlled the air conditioner from a remote location. It was extremely hot in the apt. The first night, we would turn the AC to a low temp, it would stay on for a few minutes and then shut off. I messaged the host and she said that everything seemed to be working fine on her end (of course) and on our second night, the AC miraculously stayed on the entire night. For the price we paid for an apt. Without many amenities, I would say we more than paid for the energy we used with the AC.
