About this house rental
Welcome to 19 West Beach Lagoon! This stunning home has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms (plus two half baths) and can sleep up to twenty guests total. It is located second row ocean in the exclusive Sea Pines enclave neighborhood of Beach Lagoon - this home is directly adjacent to a neighborhood beach path that will take you over a lagoon bridge and directly to the beach about 100 yards away from your pool! Your group will not be disappointed you rented this home - it is gorgeous!
This is a dog friendly rental! The pet fee is $250 plus tax and covers up to two small to medium dogs maximum. If you would like to bring your dog, please reach out to us in advance to confirm and pay fee.
The outdoor pool area has everything you'd need - seating, outdoor shower, gas grill and even a half bath. A large screened in porch with outdoor dining is available. 19 West Beach Lagoon is the perfect island getaway home!

The pool can be heated seasonally between Labor Day and Memorial Day for $115/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. If pool heat is added, spa heat is included. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool and/or spa heat for your stay.

This house was perfect for our family of 13! Every room was clean and bright. The bedrooms are massive and every bed was comfortable! The bedrooms are spread out so I feel like you didn't hear anything when you went to bed. We made dinner in almost every night and the kitchen was super well equipped. There was plenty of seating both inside and out for everyone, which was nice. We especially enjoyed the screened porch for morning coffee or late night conversation. The pool area is very pretty but definitely on the small side. That's probably the only thing I wish was different about this house. But I would stay here again regardless! It was also a great location. The beach walk was super simple and quick. I would say this is our favorite home in Sea Pines that we've ever rented.
