Studio Cottage/Short Walk to Beach

Great spot for a couple close to beach and activities.

Beach living, nice bath quaint space with adequate ac, wifi and tv when its neededYou are here for the beach, there is not a pool, nor waitress but you prolly know thisGreat value comfy bed, clean shower and bath. The neighbors are there but not like nick saban at all. Do remember to bring soap and shampooHappy to go back as location is close to what you need and walkable

Everything a couple needs is here. Loved that she had a beach cart with chairs and a cooler.

This showed up in my search for a 1 bedroom 3 months prior to my stay after being rejected for several other properties because they were booked. Surprised to see it was small studio apartment when I arrived. The property is at the end of cul-de-sac so very private. Disappointed in VRBO when I booked this, as I preferred a one bedroom and VRBO had this in the one bedroom search. Pictures don’t show just how small this place is. Because of this mis communication the owners almost kicked us out because it is not made to accommodate 3 adults. However the weather was great so it was just a place to rest our heads at night. After speaking with the owners they felt it was ok for us to stay for our planned duration after I explained I was lead to believe it would accommodate 3 adults. They were very informative and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Future renters beware of listings and contact the property manager prior to booking for more information.
