1h30 from Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, in direct proximity to major roads, is the village of St Germain Laprade, it is more precisely in the hamlet of Marnhac that the "Gîte des hirondelles" is located.
Adjoining the owners' house: Michel and Lucienne, this gîte is suitable for all types of stays and will be the ideal base for a professional stay or for a family vacation.
Benefiting from a central location in the department, this accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring the gems of Haute-Loire.
From the gîte: numerous marked hiking trails, discovery of the countryside....
A few minutes by car: the town of Puy en Velay and its many buildings listed as UNESCO world heritage sites, the village of St Julien Chapteuil with its many restaurants, its remarkable Romanesque church and the remains of its old castle.
A little further still: discover the Mezenc plateau, the Loire gorges or those of the Allier etc... On land shared with the owners, enclosed and of around 1000m², this house typical architecture of the 80s is organized on three floors. The living space is on the first floor, however you have free access to a laundry room on the Ground Floor.
The first living level has a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with WC. The third floor is made up of a beautiful attic bedroom and a bathroom with WC.
The price includes: sheets provided (beds not made), bathroom linen for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash cans), heating and electricity with reasonable and reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated is electric you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will be paid on site to the accommodation providers).
