A former stone sheep barn, completely renovated while preserving its original style: here, modern comfort meets old-world charm!
Located between the Ardèche and Haute-Loire departments, at the gateway to the Mézenc Massif, “La Bergerie du Dolmen” enjoys absolute tranquility in an idyllic setting, surrounded by meadows, just 100 meters from the Lignon River (a designated trout river with numerous swimming spots), and at the gateway to the Mézenc Massif, a paradise for hiking, mountain biking, and all forms of outdoor recreation.
It features a large 80-square-meter living area with a wood-burning stove, an open kitchen with a large bar, 4 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 10 people, plus 4 beds in the loft.
It also features a large terrace, where a trough fed by a natural spring still stands, a Weber grill for your gatherings, a hammock, and lounge chairs...
Brand-new recreational amenities will enhance your days: a 4-person sauna, a billiards room that converts into a ping-pong table, and a foosball table—perfect for enjoying quality time with family or friends in this timeless setting.
Please note: the house does not have Wi-Fi, only a 4G signal booster. In winter, special equipment is required. Please bring your own sheets and towels.

Séjour très agréable en famille dans cette bergerie rénovée avec goût, lumineuse et spacieuse. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont fournis. Le propriétaire et les voisins à proximité sont adorables!

Le gîte est tout confort , situé dans un cadre magnifique et reposant. Chemins de randonnée à côté du gîte . A proximité des points touristiques.
Le propriétaire est disponible et accueillant.
C'est une belle rénovation faite avec goût . Je recommande ce gite .
