Glavani is a small picturesque village in the Barban council. Everything Istria has to offer is within easy reach. You will find a restaurant, horse back ridding and the Glavani adrenaline park within walking distance.
The property has an area of 450m2 including a yard and parking place for the car. In front of the house you will have a parking place and entertainment for your children as swing, trampoline and teeter. From the terrace where You will surrely enjoy in a summer mornings you have a look to the pool with surface of 32m2. For the family with the kids it is ideal. Near the pool you will find a deck chairs and umbrellas for resting in the hot sunny days.
The house has two floors and a surface of a 150m2. On the ground floor is a terrace with a surface of 17m2 and chairs and a table. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary staff like fridge, microwave, coffee maker, oven, toaster, dishwasher, electric there is a dining and a living room with a couch for two persons and one air conditioning. On the ground floor is also one bathroom with shower. Climbing trough steps on the first floor you will find a bathroom with a toilet and bathtub. The bedroom 1 has 2 single beds and a balcony, in the bedroom 2 it is a double bed, baby cot and a balcony and in a bedroom 3 it is a large double bed. All three rooms have air conditioning.
The sea and beaches are only 10 a car away and the most beautiful are in Rakalj, Krnica, Duga uvala, Medulin, Fažana. Restaurants and pizzeria are in Prodol, Krnica and Barban. All is about 10-15 minutes by car.
In the whole house is available a WiFi internet connection. Four bicycles will be at your disposal, free of charge. Furthermore, there is a baby cot for small children in the holiday home. The owners live 100 m away from the house and are at your disposal during your vacation.
