About this villa rental
Villa Ivka is a charming vacation house where you will spend an unforgettable relaxing holiday with your family and friends. The villa was built in 1890. and renovated in 2015. During the renovation, the charm of the old days was kept and at the same time adapted to the needs of a modern day visitor.
The villa has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed and a flat screen satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a large table and eight chairs, a toilet with a washing machine and a playground for our most important guests and their parents, equipped with foosball and darts.
If you want to drink the first morning coffee with the relaxing sound of the birds, there is a terrace that can be entered from the upper floor room or from an outside staircase.
In the courtyard there is a swimming pool with six sun loungers and parasols, an outdoor charcoal grill and a terrace with a dense shade where you can relax with a glass of delicious Istrian wine while still keeping an eye on your children in the pool. The yard has two parking spaces.
The yard is also completely fenced and offers complete privacy!
If you want to explore all the charm of the beautiful and picturesque Istria, the location of the villa allows you to quickly reach all the areas, which you can also visit by bicycle when driving on local roads with very little traffic.
In the surroundings of just a few kilometers you can enjoy the various attractions that this area offers, such as:
Glavani park – adventure and adrenaline park
Ranch Barba Tone – horse riding
Istra-Adventure- Quad-,Buggy ,Yacht and Kayak Adveture

The house is absolutely as expected!A beautiful house with a blend of modern and Tuscan flair.The outdoor area is very clean and inviting for relaxation.Large, pleasant pool.The location is a bit out of the way, but everything you need is about 15 minutes away.Alen is a great host!We had a lot of fun and relaxation with the children and grandma and grandpa.Thank you very much, Regards Ben.

Sowohl das Haus wie die Lage und auch der Vermieter bieten die Möglichkeit, einen wunderbaren Istrien-Urlaub zu verbringen. Der Vermieter Alen und sein Vater Mario haben uns sehr nett begrüßt und waren unaufdringlich da, wenn es Fragen oder Problemchen gab. Mario wohnt zwei Häuser weiter und spricht auch Deutsch. Er ist sehr gastfreundlich und hat uns mit eigenem Wein, Tomaten und Kartoffeln versorgt. Durch den Komfort des bestens ausgestatteten und sehr sauberen Hauses, den Salzwasserpool und die anderen Spielemöglichkeiten wie einen Tischkicker kann man sehr schöne „Pooltage“ verbringen. Aufgrund der Lage in einem kleinen abseits gelegenen Weiler gibt es keinen Verkehrslärm. Allenfalls waren die Nachbarn bei der Kartoffelernte oder eine Ziegenherde zu hören. Die Küste und die Strände waren in etwa einer halben Stunde zu erreichen. Wasserschuhe und gepolsterte Unterlagen sind aber zu empfehlen. Wer ab und zu mehr Zivilisation (und Touristen) braucht, wird in Pula oder auch Rovinj fündig. Empfehlenswert ist auch eine Tour entlang der Steilküste nach Opatija.
Insgesamt hat uns das Haus beste Bedingung für einen tollen Urlaub geboten. Wir können es sehr empfehlen.

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ländlich am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes. Es befindet sich in einem kleinen Weiler, der aus 4 - 5 Häusern besteht. Die Bewohner der Häuser bewirtschaften die umliegenden Wiesen und Gärten, sodass es dadurch ab und zu Mal zu Geräuschentwicklungen gekommen ist. Hat uns aber nicht wirklich gestört, weil es tatsächlich auch recht selten war.
Im Ort, ca. 500m entfernt gibt es einen Dorfladen, der Vormittags geöffnet ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art sind in den Städten Labin und Pula, jeweils ca. 20 Autominuten entfernt, vorhanden. Das gilt auch für die Strände an der West- und Ostküste Istrirens. Die Eltern des Vermieters wohnen 2 Häuser weiter. Der Vater spricht sogar ein wenig Deutsch. Beide sind sehr gastfreundlich, ohne Aufdringlich zu sein.
Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist komplett und absolut Hundesicher eingezäunt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
