Locație excelentă, curățenie impecabilă și o priveliște superbă de la fereastră/balcon. Camera a fost foarte confortabilă, spațioasă și bine echipată cu tot ce este necesar.

Overall, we had a good stay, but it left us with mixed feelings. The room was comfortable, clean, and in a very convenient location, making it easy to explore Naples.

There were a few details that could definitely be improved. When we arrived, there were no wine glasses in the room, despite there was a corkscrew. When I asked about it, I was told that wine glasses were an exclusive amenity reserved for suites. I honestly found that quite surprising, as I don’t think wine glasses should be considered a luxury item. Thankfully, Gennaro later arranged for some to be sent to our room, which we appreciated. After the unusual very early 10:00 check-out, we also used the luggage storage. Unfortunately, one of the storage lockers couldn’t be locked, so it didn’t provide much security for our belongings. Finally, the city tax was another small disappointment. Our booking clearly stated €18 for two nights, but we were asked to pay €22 in cash without any explanation. None of these issues ruined our stay, and the location and room were quite good, but paying attention to these small details would make the overall guest experience much better.

SAME REVIEW I DID BEFORE SINCE I BOOKED 2 NIGHTS WITH A DAY A PART-The biggest downside of this property was getting to the apartments. Carrying luggage up to the lobby was exhausting because of the stairs. Thank goodness I was traveling with my husband. Even though the host kindly offered to help, it felt very uncomfortable to have her carrying our heavy luggage, and of course my husband would never allow that. Then there was the elevator, which became the biggest frustration of our stay. It only allows three people at a time, so with a family and luggage, someone always had to wait and make multiple trips. To make matters worse, the elevator works with a key between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., and even then the key often failed, leaving us trying several times before it would work. During our stay, we spent two nights in two different apartments—one on the 6th floor and another on the 11th floor. At first, I occasionally used the stairs for the 6th floor, but it quickly became exhausting. Eventually, it got to the point where we thought twice about leaving the apartment because we knew we would have to deal with the stairs and the elevator all over again. Even our kids felt the inconvenience. This setup simply wasn't for us. In fact, we met another couple who had also stayed there, and while we were waiting in line at the airport, we ended up talking about how frustrating the elevator situation had been. That confirmed we weren't the only ones who felt this way. Also, the free breakfast is not an actually a breakfast, it is a voucher for a croissant and 1 espresso or 1 cappuccino.
