La posizione xchè si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dai traghetti/aliscafi e a 10 minuti da Piazza del Plebiscito - Le dimensioni dell'appartamento xchè erano 70 metri quadri divisi in due stanzoni e un bagnetto - I quattro letti a disposizione - L'aria condizionata - I buoni ristoranti e i bar a pochi passi - La comunicazione con il locatore - Il rapporto qualità prezzo - L'ascensore a disposizione - Il wifi potente - Dotazione generale dell'appartamento L

Το κατάλυμα ήταν εκπληκτικό από όλες τις απόψεις. Άνετο, ευρύχωρο, καθαρό, μοντέρνο με πολλές παροχές. Η τοποθεσία ήταν η καλύτερη που θα μπορούσε να είναι, δίπλα σε όλα, το περισσότερο που χρειάστηκε να περπατήσουμε για κάποιο αξιοθέατο ήταν γύρω στα 15 λεπτά ενώ τα περισσότερα ήταν κυριολεκτικά δίπλα μας. Η στάση μετρό είναι στο ένα λεπτό με τα πόδια. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενέστατος, απαντούσε σε όλες μας τις απορίες γρήγορα και ήταν πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα. Απλά τέλειο!

El apartamento muy bien ubicado, limpio y grande. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Fuimos 3 amigas adultas y teníamos espacio de sobra.

Location was very convenient and there was enough space for 3 people.
The place didn’t feel very clean. There were hairs stuck to the wall in the bathroom and overall the whole house felt grimy…the utensils were unusable because they were clearly dirty. Also when I told the owner the house was too cold, he entered the house and left a radiator but didn’t let us know before that he would enter. When I expressed discomfort over this, he replied saying he’s the owner of the house so he could enter whenever. This was not very professional.
