The lift makes so much noise at night

Gostei da localização, do tamanho, da jacuzzi: Me senti em um apartamento porque é bem grande. Uma sala com cozinha, mesa para refeição, sofá, uma boa Tv e uma jacuzzi. Localização privilegiada, próxima ao porto e rapidinho, caminhando, se chega ao centro da cidade e centro histórico.

Não gostei da chegada e achei os papeis de parede meio esquisitos. Cheguei à meia noite e fiquei sozinha na calçada tentando descobrir como entrar no edifício. Nao tem nenhuma indicação na parte externa onde apertar o interfone para se abrir a porta. Senti um pouco de medo. Consegui ligar para o numero telefônico que havia no booking e consegui entrar. Seria muito bom se colocassem uma sinalização na parte externa do edifício ou se tivesse mais informações sobre isso no momento da reserva.

Location is excellent and stuff were very polite and helpful. They tried to help as much as possible and local manager came to check personally that everything is being addressed. Apartment has lots of entertainment facilities and games to keep the family busy.

Apartment not clean, baby ball bath was not clean and balls are stained with what looks like blood. Staff cleaned it on the second day and said it was chocolate. Lots of things needed attention and maintenance. Jacuzzi wasn’t working and staff fixed one pump only the second was broken. Main shower drain gets blocked quickly and overflow if water runs fast. Bed Sofa is old and bottom skirt was fixed with screws, team tried to fix but broke on the same day again. Internet connection is very poor and used to cut out frequently. Bed frame corner was detached and had to cover with a towel to avoid injuries.
