Very friendly owner encourages his guests to feel like in their shared house. And in fact it is shared - Kitchen for common use. Outdoor terrace with hammocks and tables. Spacious living room for shared evenings...
Simple breakfast is really included in a formula: eat-as-much-as-you-can: there are baguettes, some hand-made jams, fresh fruits, coffee, milk, and croissants.
If you are prepared for staying in a shared enironment - it is perfect ok.
Shared toilets/bathrooms. Although it is mentioned at the Booking info pages, it doesn't indicate that there are many users of them. During our stay 15 people used one bathroom with toilet, one separate toilet and one separate shower. You can imagine the quee.
Moreover, next to the house you can put your tent, so the number of people using shared toilets is increased by "camping" guests.
The atmosphere of the place is ok, but be aware of this...
One more thing - you will have to drive 10-20 mins to find nearest restaurant to eat something unless you had your own products for dinner, which you cen prepare in a shared kitchen.
