² spacious bedrooms,
Quick response to many problems in the apartment.
Many problems, items missing, broken in the apartment.
No details of where the pool was. Took days to find it. The shower was set far too high, no one allows for short women .a little information about local shops, restaurants etc would of been nice. And put a big 17 above the door.

Location perfect, just a stone's throw from Cala Gran, with keys to the gates onto the beach.
Good sized rooms with a well equipped kitchen and other facilities.
Aircon would have been good, but we knew that there was none before arriving. There were two fans for our use.

The property location was fantastic, with access directly onto the beach.
The host responded immediately following a power cut at the apartment and sent someone to repair it within 10 minutes - excellent.
The apartment was spacious and the added provision of a beach umbrella was appreciated.
There was no air conditioning. In all fairness the property does not state there is AC but the humidity during our stay was exceptionally high and this made it unbearable to be in the apartment. I cannot begin to tell you how hot it was inside the apartment. There were fans but these did nothing. We were unable to sleep, get dressed or eat within the apartment due to the excessive heat. To the point where we felt unwell.
We ended up hiring a mobile AC unit from MultiHire.com which offered some relief but only in one of the rooms.
This is our fault for not checking it had AC before booking, we just assumed a holiday let in somewhere like Mallorca in the height of summer would have but because of the heat and lack of AC, I would not stay there again.
The safe did not work. To be fair we did not contact anyone about this so cannot complain as were sure they would have sent someone to look at it if we had.
Sunbeds on the balcony would have been welcome.
