Всі умови, повністю збігається з описом помешкання. Господар квартири привітний та доброзичливий, жодним чином не турбував. Всі питання вирішівалися в телефонному режимі. Абсолютно безпечно, що дуже важливо! Звукоізоляція добра; кондиціонер, пральна машина, холодильник, індукційна плита, праска, фен, телевізор, інтернет все працює. Дуже гарне місце розташування все поряд-АТБ та багато інших маркетів, аптеки, ринок та ін.
Не дуже комфортний диван, інколи пробігали таргани, хоча видно, що їх знищують.

Було впринципі все необхідне, фен, бойлер, праска, кондиціонер.
В районі кухні була коробочка від тараканів.( Район - не молодіжний.
