Очень приятный, вежливый владелец, без лишних глупых вопросов, всегда на связи, держит в чистоте и порядке жилье, да и сам по себе максимально комфортный человек, с аналогичным уровнем предоставляемых услуг.

Останавливалась здесь месяц назад на несколько дней. Замечательное место, отзывчивый, приятный хозяин, готов помочь решить вопрос или помочь в любое время. Есть все нужное, очень чисто и уютно. Рядом троллейбусная, трамвайная остановки, маршрутки, сам дом находится на возвышении, отчего во дворе, на террасе тихо и спокойно. Соседствует с мастерскими скульпторов) Для приготовления еды есть все необходимое. Имеется фен, утюг. Подойдет как для одного путешественника, так и для 3-4 человек (очень большая кровать + раскладушка). Подойдёт как для тихого отдыха от городской суеты, так и для поездки по работе. Очень рада, что однажды случайно попала на обьявление о размещении здесь! Спасибо большое! Буду останавливаться ещё) Рекомендую 👍
Единственное пожелание, добавить ночник, бра (не работал). Например, для чтения книг
