Three flights of stairs to carry luggage. Having to collect keys from another location some distance away. No instructions for washing machine or in house information.

Great location, comfortable and well appointed apartment, very helpful hosts
Fantastic location close to Metro and walking distance to many attractions. The area had a great vibe, and we really enjoyed the local feel and the local restaurants, bakeries etc Apartment was very comfortable, and the kitchen facilities were excellent, lots of pots, pans, plates, glasses etc, so we could really feel at home. The apartment worked really well for 2 adults and 2 children (child 1 used the second bedrrom and child 2 was on the sofa bed in the living room), and it was great to stay somewhere that had atmosphere and was like being a local, rather than being in a hotel. It was quiet at night, too. The hosts provided great information about key collection, the apartment etc.
We needed to allow a little extra time to collect the keys from a local Tabac, but this is a minor point, and the key collection worked without problems.

Posizione comoda e centrale la metro a Saint Paul a due passi. Notre Dame a 10 minuti di camminata. Zona molto tranquilla. Assistenza immediata e cordiale da parte del gestore.
Visto il caldo di agosto, un paio di spit di aria condizionata sarebbero oltremodo graditi. Per il resto tutto ok.
