Tutto perfetto, posizione ottimale vicino al porto e i servizi principali, una bellissima veranda, e un bel giardino comodo per mangiare fuori con la famiglia e i bambini. Molto arieggiato in giardino quando esposto al vento di maestrale.
Aggiungerei solo un ventilatore a piantana o a soffitto per migliorare la circolazione dell’aria INTERNA che chiaramente in un appartamento al piano terra è un po’ scarsa.

We received a warm welcome and, despite the language barrier, we were given good instructions regarding the apartment and the car park.
The location was fantastic and so close to the superb beach, bars, restaurants and marina.
The security was great - The underground parking ensured the safety of our car and it didn't get too hot.
The size of the apartment was good and we really enjoyed the private garden/terrace area.
The apartment could do with a refresh and an update. It was lovely and clean, but worn in places - cupboard doors, rusty heater, broken plug sockets..... The shower in particular needs attention as it does not drain properly.

Devo dire che la proprietaria e il gestore dell'alloggio sono stati gentilissimi. Ci hanno portato un ventilatore in più (fondamentale) e sono stati carini nel telefonarci prima del nostro arrivo per chiarire i nostri dubbi.
Sono sicuramente persone gentili e per bene.
Inoltre l'appartamento è ben posizionato vicino al porto e il parcheggio comodissimo.
La pulizia dell'appartamento era ok.
Come riferito in diverse review precedenti, la casa è abbastanza fatiscente. Considerando che abbiamo speso 180+ euro a notte, lascia abbastanza amareggiati. E' vero che i prezzi della zona sono altissimi, ma il prezzo deve essere comunque adeguato al tipo di appartamento/alloggio che viene offerto e non solo stabilito in base alla media del luogo.
Sarebbe più che necessario un cambio dei mobil interni, che risalgono chiaramente ai primi anni 90.
Anche il bagno non è funzionale (si sporca facilmente e dalla doccia esce acqua).
E' un vero peccato, perché con poche migliorie e qualche accortezza, l'appartamento sarebbe veramente carino (lo spazio esterno è piacevole e calmo= ma la conformazione attuale non lo rende gradevole soprattutto per un soggiorno di più di due notti a questi prezzi.
