Marina 200 m, golf course (18 hole) 5 km, tennis 3.5 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Castiglione della Pescaia 20 km, Cala Violina 14 km, Follonica 20 km, Grosseto 40 km. Hiking paths: Diaccia Botrona 23 km, Parco dll´Uccellina 60 km. Please note: no lift. Reception open 08:30-18:30 hrs. Residence with electric gates.
