Breakfast was very good every day. The staff in the dining room are efficient and really hustle. The cleaning staff work hard and do a great job.
The front desk staff are the weak link at this property. The bed was loud and uncomfortable. The pillows were in comfortable too.

Superior room was spacious with nice windows reaching floor.
AC works only with room key in the reader slot. That’s not convenient when +39 degrees outside. I informed cleaning staff that soap dispenser is broken. It wasn’t fixed during my 3 nights stay. Industrial decor is not for me. See photos of the room ceiling. Reception staff works without enthusiasm and engagement except one very young lady. Checking in was delayed for many guests, luckily not for me. Professional management is missing.
