Great Condo, Great view from the fourth floor, great resort.
There were so many things to do that we were not able to try everything.

We loved our stay at River Strand! The condo was exactly as pictured and well equipped. We felt right at home! The check in process was very straightforward. The view of the golf course, preserve, etc. from the condo was fabulous. The allotted parking spot is right at the front of the building with close access to the elevator, very convenient for those with mobility challenges. We loved walking in the River Strand complex! The landscaping is very nice, the homes are beautiful and along the way there are several varieties of beautiful birds to see!
We really enjoyed all of the available facilities - the beautiful clubhouse, the restaurant, golf course, and the various pools! There is lots of shopping within close proximity, with the added bonus of a brand new Costco a five minute drive away!

This safe, gated community offers the perfect getaway. We rented for January to escape the Chicago winter. Wanting a private Golf and country club atmosphere with pool, restaurant, bar, this condo comes with a transfer membership (separate fee) so all the facilities are available for use
Communication was easy with our owner.
On the top floor of a 4 story building reached by elevator means no upstairs neighbors. Facing over a pond, with amazing birds, to a view of the Tributary Course 6th green 7th T Box. So you can watch the golfers without hearing them.
This condo is peaceful and tastefully decorated. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped.
Very clean and the screened in balcony means no mosquitos.
The main club house is about a 15 minute walk but there is a smaller quiet pool 2 blocks walk. You have to drive to the Publix grocery store about 10 minutes away
We had a wonderful time in this friendly community!

We enjoyed our months at Anne’s River Strand condominium. We found the unit clean and well appointed. The decorating matched with our tastes and made us instantly comfortable. We found Anne’s detailed welcome book useful and helped us to quickly acclimate to our surroundings. We quickly registered as a member and started to receive the newsletter and access to members sight. Seamless process at move in also was greatly appreciated. We needed to contact Anne for a couple of items. She was easily accessible and returned our inquiries quickly and with the necessary assistance.
The view from the linnae was breathtaking. We enjoyed that when in the Condo.
The ultimate compliment is wanting to book again which we tried to do early in our stay. We were disappointed when we could not book for March next year.
