Atlantis 1606 is a beautiful northeast corner unit situated in North Ocean City at 103rd street with a complete panoramic oceanfront view that will take your breath away! Recently renovated with all new furnishings, this two bedroom, two bath property is decorated in vibrant colors of the seashore with beachy blues, whites, and sandy beige. The condo is organized to provide top notch entertainment by offering stadium style (recliners) seating in the living area with a 65" HDTV flat screen with surround sound and satellite TV, as well as TV's in both bedrooms. Owners have also equipped the unit with high speed internet to support streaming services and satellite TV. Video-gaming for children (and adults) is also available, in addition to ample space to enjoy quiet moments. New granite countertops have been installed in the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar where you can whip up family snacks and meals whenever needed. Enjoy the new wraparound granite balcony bar with high-back seating to delight in the beauty of the sun rising over the ocean. Beach chairs, toys, umbrella and cooler are provided as an added convenience for your days on the sand. You'll have no-hassle access to the beach, just a quick elevator ride and a couple of steps to the dune crossing. If you need a break from the sound and waves, head to oceanfront pool to lounge for a bit, or take a quick walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Outdoor pool is seasonal, opening and closing times may vary. Whether slipping out onto your private enclosed balcony for morning coffee, or ending your day watching the stars, the unimpeded view of the Atlantic Ocean is captivating! This property rents any three nights.
Sleeping up to seven guests, the oceanfront primary suite offers a quiet retreat with a queen sized bed, the 2nd bedroom offers two double beds, and a futon sleeper if needed in the living area. Guest must supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Non-smoking/Non-Vaping property. No pets, please. $60 Cash Registration Fee due upon arrival at building for 1st parking space, 2nd space $10/day.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

The ocean views from our condo were stunning! Would stay again for this reason alone. The condo was well set up, and despite the listing saying we had to bring our own toilet paper and paper towels, there were plenty of things already in the condo to get us through our 4-day stay. The comforters felt a little musty, so we tossed those aside and used the clean sheets that were provided (we did add on the linen package) Thankfully it was warm enough during our stay that we didn't need the extra blankets.A deep clean of the bathrooms, and thorough vacuuming under beds and in the corners would go a long way as well - quite a few dust bunnies. It felt like the cleaning crew came in, wiped down the main surfaces, did a quick vacuum of the high-traffic areas and called it good enough. The building is a little older, but has a great location to the beach, some great restaurants and shops, and the Ocean City bus line - which is very easy to use. Very safe location and building, very friendly staff, check in and out were easy.

Upon arriving for check-in, the process went very good and easy. The gentleman at the reservation building was very nice and informative. When I arrived at the condo, you had to check in with security and pay your $50 cash for parking, as I was waiting. The gentleman was counting out all this cash across the counter, and I had to stand and wait, wasn’t a big deal at first until I stood there for probably 10 minutes watching him count money over and over and over again.
When we got into the unit, it was a short elevator ride up. The unit was beautiful, and the view was even better. We actually spent most of our time out on the balcony with the windows open. I ordered the linen package and and when going to put sheets on the bed, some of the sheets were still dirty, I tried calling the company with no answer. Thankfully, we had one extra sheet set that we weren’t using so we were able to use that. We noticed that there were no blankets anywhere so I messaged the property owner and asked them, if they were blankets somewhere, but I had no reply. So my family had to go out and buy blankets for each bed.
The next morning we got up and went to make coffee, and when we pulled the filter out it was filled with old coffee grinds and about an inch of mold.
After check out we got a call from reservations asking where the blankets for the bed were, I had to call 3 or 4 times and explain they were not in the unit and we had to go and buy them, no one EVER replied to any of our issues.
