Frebi's Home - Bed & Breakfast

The breakfast was quite basic, but there were a lot of options available. And to be honest for what we paid i think the value was great, the location amazing. I have read people feeling unsafe here but we didn't feel unsafe at all... it's just a very busy, buzzing city... The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the first morning we were asked if our room was okay which showed they actually care about the comfort of your stay. We could hear none of the city noise from our room which is so good considering its location. The room was really comfy, cosy and a nice retreat after walking about in the city all day.

We probably would have spent the same amount or less going to get breakfast in somewhere in Naples on reflection, so would do that next time. And I know this is something that probably can't be changed, but there is a family living above with a young child that was up really late and screaming and running around a lot on a few of the nights...just thought we should mention it. We probably could have changed rooms if we'd asked but we loved everything else about the room!

The personnel at Frebi's were friendly, accommodating and welcoming. They kept the place clean and breakfast was varied each day. Frebi's is within walking distance from the Centrale (Garibaldi) station and from the old Centro Storico area with the many historical attractions as well as eating and drinking establishments.

The entrance is not well marked but we were able to figure it out using street view on Google Maps. Frebi's is on the 3rd floor so it is important to communicate with them and figure out how you will access the facility if your arrival is outside of normal hours. You need physical keys (not door entry codes) to get into the building and into Frebi's. There is a tram line passing front of the property, but the noise wasn't too bad - will depend on which room you are assigned.

- Clean room - Clean towels, slippers and hygiene amenities - Balcony was a plus - Room looked like on the pictures -Walking distance to train station, supermarket and city centre - but location was not safe

-Location of the apartment was sketchy, scary, dirty and unsafe - plastic cover to protect the mattress under the bed sheet was uncomfortable and making rustling sounds when sleeping - very basic breakfast - the host cancelled the breakfast one day, he just sent us the message at 1:55am that he has a bank appointment on saturday morning, no replacement of the breafast was offered. -we had leave at 6:30 the last day to the airport and he did not offered any small breakfast package to go to take with us -we did not get breakfast twice out of 4 nights -shower was leaking since we arrived
