About this apartment rental

This is a centrally located Beacon Hill first floor duplex apartment with seemless entry and a large and comfortable king size bed along with a fold out couch downstairs in the living area. We have two TV's and all of the essentials for a comfortable stay. There are also washer and dryers available for guests in the basement that take credit cards.

Large king bed in the bedroom with a desk, tv with cable, ottoman and side table. The lower level holds the living area and kitchen which are accessed by spiral stairs.

Property was good. The hallway to the front door smelt awful. Noticed a heap of air fresheners in the hallway so not a new issue. Host was great

I picked this place due to its location to the Freedom trail. Somewhere we could station ourselves to either walk or Uber to where we needed to go. Therefore I was not surprised with the type of street it was located on. However we would appreciate the bedroom to be darker. The blinds did not block out the street lamp outside.

Very good location esp Red Line access. Nice unit but air conditioning was not working and water pressure low.
