Seaview Villa Marija is a 349sqm villa nestled on a 500sqm fully fenced property with a garage and a parking lot (free). Offers a private swimming pool with a counter-current swimming program, a Whirlpool (Hot-tub), fully air-conditioned interior that consists 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, kitchen, living room, a Finnish sauna, a Billiard, a summer kitchen with a BBQ, outdoor dining area.
Located in a quiet part of Omiš and Duće you have the opportunity to be close to Omiš and Cetina river attractions, but still enjoy in a very quiet and private location that this property offers. The whole house is very nicely decorated, furnished with high quality, fully equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay (free WiFi, PS4, amenities in the kitchen, toaster, coffee machine Delonghi...) Several different restaurants are1 km far, the sandy beach is 300m far, a mini market 800 m, and the big supermarket is less than a 3-minute drive.
* The outdoor area offers a private swimming pool 10m x 3m that has a counter-current swimming program, sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, outdoor shower, a Whirlpool, a lounge corner, an outdoor dining area for 8, and traditional barbecue next to it. The outdoor area offers amazing and panoramic views of the sea and island Brač.
* The ground floor offers a spacious living and dining room with a direct exit to the pool area. The living room offers a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, A/C, PS4, a fireplace. There is also a fully equipped and very modern kitchen with an island, a comfortable dining area for 8. A separate toilet. A Bedroom No1. with a double bed 160cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom with shower, an exit to the jacuzzi, and pool. The views are to the garden, jacuzzi, and sea.
* The lower ground floor offers a traditional room with a wooden table where you can enjoy a glass of wine and play cards with your friends or family. Next to it is a room with a Billiard (a Pool table) and darts. There is a Finnish sauna for 2 with a shower next to it. A separate toilet and a Laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
* The first floor offers 3 bedrooms with a balcony and amazing sea views from each bedroom. Well positioned well equipped villa, good quality seating indoors and outdoors. Location convenient for the old town, car not essential, but recommended.Danijela and Evitsa were always on hand to answer any questions we had and made us feel comfortable. Pool was clean and tidy. Didn't use the hot tub. Two of the security shutters were not operational, but Duce is a safe area and this didn't bother us. Basic cleaning is done weekly, so we tried to keep villa clean as we would our own home, we could have done with a dustpan and brush or a vacuum cleaner, the vacuum pipe attachments were in a cupboard, but not the vacuum cleaner. Overall, a great holiday villa, nearly perfect, no complaints!

We had the best stay! Property was beautiful and clean with the most amazing view. Very comfortable and the host Danijela was available at all times, giving us suggestions for restaurants and visits. The pool and hot rub were terrific and the house is situated up on a hill , walking distance from beach and the beautiful town of omis. Was hard to leave.
