Pool was good from a disability perspective. Bar to hold onto with shallow steps rather than the upright ladder
We didn’t have food there so can’t comment about the breakfast etc but others seemed to be enjoying themselves & having fun around the bar area- a very sociable place .
The pool area was quite noisy at times but that’s not the fault of the hosts .
Slightly off the beaten track and we definitely needed a car to access the local restaurants .If you’re fit I imagine town is walkable
There was a drain smell in the car park which worried me on arrival but it did not affect our stay at all - our place was fresh , clean & perfect.

Fantastic holiday in beautiful location, shame about the bathroom.
We loved the staff, the location, the views, the A/C and the beds were really comfy. The pool was lovely, the beautiful flowers, the peace and quiet. We loved corfu and explored the island and just loved the people.
The bathroom was disgusting, really disgusting - the worst I have stayed in. The kitchenette was very basic and ants everywhere. Anytime we opened any food i.e. cereal, the next day it was full of ants. We told Roula and she gave us ant spray and we cleaned out the cupboards but they did come back. Even though the bathroom was horrible it didnt ruin our holiday and we had a fabulous time. My advise would be to get a refurbed room and then it would have been 10/10 holiday.

A relaxing holiday, in a beautiful, friendly, family run place.
The apartment was in a quiet and beautifully maintained space. The a/c in the bedrooms worked well. The swimming pool was a perfect temperature and kept immaculately clean. The food was delicious and great value.
The living room windows could have done with having blinds/shutters, partly to keep the heat out, but also for privacy, as our apartment looked out towards the swimming pool!!!

A Very beautiful place. A Nice garden, many flowers, kept nicely. The swimming pool area is very nice, the water is warm.
There are food options, not a lot, but still. The fruits I asked to make for €10I and it was a lot.

The location is ok, close to the centre part of the area, but the village itself is not so huge. And it is not a first line. The beach is 5 min walk.
I paid quit cheap, generally for its money it is very reasonable, no doubt, from this point it is 10 out of 10.
I would not return, but I believe many people love it.
The room is old. Clean but all the furniture is very very old and very simple- lamps, cabinets , bathrooms ets
The conditioning is not included in the price, €7.
I have lots of ants in my room. They gave me a spray and after all was good.
The sausages, eggs, orange juice and a coffee for the breakfast (on the photos, but without fruits) cost €12, not so cheap.

Relaxing time in Corfu
This place it's very beautiful. It's near the beach and it's very quiet.
Although everything was good, there was some problem with wi-fi. And the only thing I would say I didn't like, was the bathroom. Everything was great but when you take a shower, expect that there will be water everywhere. Also, I strongly recommend everyone to buy something for mosquitos.

Roulla is an excellent host, the apartment complex is surrounded by beautiful gardens which she tends to daily , she puts a lot of love into her business and it shows...she is currently refurbishing some rooms we stayed in the refurbished two bedroom apartment which was very beautifully finished with extra touches like a Nespresso machine which I very much appreciated.
The un refurbished rooms are also lovely just more simple and traditional looking.
All of her staff are very friendly and helpful and I felt so comfortable letting my toddler run around it felt very safe.
The pool water is lovely and the bar sells snacks and drinks.
There is WiFi, you do need to pay for Aircon which is normal in Greece and it wasn't expensive.
We will definitely book again really enjoyed our stay

The swimming pool
The cleaner stole my belongings.
After the check out, i noticed that i forgot some stuff at the hotel (my bad). i called to explain the situation, i was still on the island i will come to pick it up.
One hour bus later, i arrived and nobody were aware about my phone calls (i called 3 times), and they presented some clothes which were not mine.
I explain that i forgot my toiletry bag (with my electric toothbrush, my pill and medecine....) and a short
they tried to say they didn't find anything... after 10 minutes i started to be very angry, they finally call the cleaner.
And someone came from her home apparently, but only my toiletry bag.
Normally the lost and found stays at the reception, in case of someone try reclaim it.... but not this time.
I tried to contact the hotel by email : no one contact me back.

Cheap, budget accommodation but very rough

I had a shared balcony.
Close to a shop.
The price… but be warned, you get what you pay for!
The apartment wasn’t clean. floor was grim. Many many mosquitoes and ants. Toilet was blocked. No staff spoke any English.
only one knife serrated knife. Cups were all dirty.
No holder for shower head.
No bottled water provided and told to get drinking water from the church, 10 minute walk away. also told the water I got there was not of drinking quality!

The pool area was great, everything was in walking distance. The lady at the pool complex was very helpful.
The noise from the other guests , inconsiderate, banging around , talking very loudly , dragging furniture around in the early hours. This of course was out of the owners control.

I really enjoyed my stay at Lord Complex despite my initial feelings. I would definitely return.
The property was, on the whole, lovely, the gardens were beautiful, the pool was clean and the staff welcoming and helpful.
There was a real family feel.
The property is a short walk to a sandy beach, restaurants and supermarkets.
When we arrived I was a little disappointed with the room having seen the pictures of the refurbished rooms, I was given a non refurbished room which was dated, these are the standard studios. The refurbished rooms are the deluxe rooms.
I discovered whilst there that Rulah, the very lovely host owns only the food area and is not responsible for the inside of the accommodation but receives all the grievances about them.
There is a mosquito problem, despite the mesh door screen they did get in on occasions. I sprayed the room every night with bug killer as I had received a bite which caused my hand to swell up to the point it felt like it was going to burst.

Peaceful
For the area it was a great price for a family friendly property with lots of playful cozy souls relaxing. Not noisy at all when we stayed and there were full rooms all around plus the open pool, grass play are, food and bar area. The room we had was a larger renovated room and for the price it was incredible and in such a tranquil spot on the property, so soothing.
They charge for the air conditioning remote (basically to use the AC you pay extra) which wasnt bad if you knew going in, just weird. Wifi was somewhat unreliable.

Large green yard, with pool.
Small room, bad smell, old furniture, not the ones presented in the photos on booking. Mould smell in the room, same in the closet. Clothes stored in the closet remained with a bad smell. Spider webs on the walls and between the furniture. Dirty bathroom, old sanitary, no soap provided. We stood in a ground floor studio, view on the neighbour’s electric condenser which did a lot of noise especially during the night. A lot of mosquitoes also in the room even though the doors had webs. We asked to change the room but the host was not open to provide us a different room.

The owners and staff were so lovely, very welcoming and always had smiles on their faces.
The newly refurbished rooms are fresh and the pool was a perfect size for the amount of people staying as never felt too busy.
Nothing at all instead I think more of a miscommunication with booking.com as it isn’t stated anywhere when you book air conditioning is an extra cost per day. However when it was explained to us why the extra cost occurred (rising electricity costs) we were happy to pay the extra as understandably like back home in the uk something out of a business/persons control to try and compete with.

Very disappointing
The garden and the pool were nice, there were rows of tomatoes and aubergines, flowers and big decorative trees everywere.
The room was very disappointing, from size to furniture, no renovation in a very long time. Two separate beds even though we were a couple, that we had to drag and pull together and we stuck stuck towels in the massive gap between them. It is specified in the description that some of the rooms are not renovated, we were just in luck to get one of those.
There was mold in the very ugly bathroom, the bathroom window was half bricked and had a rusty rod through it, the bathroom door had a dent/crack in it, there was no balcony, since we were put on ground floor in the crummiest room. During out first night, the toilet started running and woke as up at 4 o’clock, tried mending it, called the supervisor who helped us but later told us not to wake her again during the night. Also the toilet flushed improperly and we had to use a big pot from the kitchen for 7 days.
There was no soap, sponge or detergent for the dishes or salt, had to ask for those. The insects net in the door was torn so there was no point in having it.
We found used wet wipes stuck in the side of the bed!
It looked and felt like a cheap motel from the ‘80s, from comfort, design to size. The AC was not included in the price, you have to pay extra for it:)
On Booking, all the pictures show renovated nice rooms, there us only ONE picture of the standard apartment which only shows a very little bit of what we have experienced there.
There is no value for money since we booked quite cheap, even with a discount, it was 50 euros/night in high season, but received even cheaper looking accommodation. Very disappointing.
I told the manager the instant we got there that the room is very bad and the answer was: If you want nicer, you have to pay more...
Our overall vacation was beautiful, the island has so many surprising and delightful sights, food is a feast for anybody with an interest in Mediterranean cuisine.
