Site F-08 is a BEAUTIFUL newly renovated 5 bedroom - 3 1/2 bath beach home in the World Famous Ocean Lakes Campground that will blow your mind with amenities and an absolutely perfect location. ONLY 100 yards from the beach/ocean front, and only 200 yards from the Ocean Lakes In-door/ Outdoor Pool Area/Arcade/ and Waterpark.
Outdoor living has never been more enjoyable at the beach, and this house is completely packed full of amenities that will allow you to relax and have fun in style and comfort! Enjoy the ocean views and breeze while you relax from the spacious 16' wide covered front porch equipped with L-shaped couch, fire pit table, outdoor dining table, roll-down blinds, and HUGE 65" outdoor TV. The downstairs Bar/Lounge area was designed with the "Guys" in mind and has a beautiful custom built barnwood bar, outdoor grill, and a 55" wall mounted TV. The bar is equipped with a refrigerator, full size drink cooler, wine storage, and LED lighting. The lounge area behind the bar boasts a beautiful custom bed swing, fire table, cushioned couch and chair, and also has roll-down blinds for added privacy.
Moving indoors, you will find everything you need for meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The dining room table will seat 8 to 10 comfortably and there is additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar area. The Living Room area has two super comfortable couches to relax on while watching the 55" TV. There is a Half Bathroom that is perfectly located between the Kitchen and Living Room downstairs for guests. The Master Bedroom has a soft and luxurious King bed, with attached full bathroom and tile shower. The Master is also equipped with a full dresser, 50" TV, and has a double mirrored closet for plenty of extra storage. Upstairs, the "Katelyn" and "Kamryn" Bedrooms on the front side of the home are beautifully decorated and have their own unique ocean views. Both have Queen beds and are equipped with tall dressers and 32" TVs. The "Motorcycle" Bedroom had the "guys" in mind again and is equipped with a Black Queen bed, 42" TV, and a full dresser. The Twin Bedroom boasts (2) twin bunk beds, and the kids will love the 2 TV setup!! One for video gaming and the other one for watching their own programming. No more splitting time!! There is also a very nice rocker in the room for rocking the "little ones" to sleep after a long super fun day at the beach!!! Both upstairs bathrooms are Full Bathrooms. One has a tile shower and is located between the three main bedrooms. The second bathroom is right next to the Twin Bedroom and has a shower/tub combination for giving the "little ones" baths.
This home in Ocean Lakes is the absolute perfect place to make Family Vacation memories for a lifetime. There is something here for everyone to enjoy and once you experience it, you will want to come back year after year!!
For your convenience, the golf cart shown in the pictures comes with the rental of the home. No more standing in lines for hours cutting in to your "beach time" trying to rent a golf cart. All drivers must have a valid driver's license and be 16 years old or older and there is a separate (Golf Cart Agreement) that must be signed prior to arrival for usage.
**Side note, Ocean Lakes Family Campground charges a fee for your automobiles on a daily rate of $12.00 per car. Please ask owners about early check in possibilities on a reduced rate provided by Ocean Lakes.

Great house located in a perfect spot at Ocean Lakes. Easy walk to the pool and splash park as well as the beach. Very convenient! Extras in the house are a plus! Paper towels and TP, hand soaps and basic spices are a huge plus!

I cannot say enough great things about this home. Owners were wonderful to deal with and communicate with. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Beautiful furnishings. Well equipped kitchen. Luxurious lines and towels. Wi-Fi access. Located right in the heart of it all. Short 2 minute walk to the ocean, pool, water park, store, etc. Check in was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a dream vacation in a perfect location.

This home is in a great location in Ocean Lakes, just one road back from the main strip. A very short walk to the beach, basketball courts, etc. the house was very clean, and had everything you need from towels & hand soap to a keurig and plenty of dishes, pots and pans and laundry on the main level. The beds were very comfortable, with crisp sheets & super comfy comforters. The upper front porch has plenty of seating, I only wish there were a couple sun/lounge chairs for sun bathing. The home was beautiful and the host was very responsive, but unfortunately there were several palmetto bugs all throughout all outdoor areas of the home which prevented us from being able to use the amenities outside after dark. We noticed that it was a pretty significant issue on Saturday evening and informed the host on Sunday. They returned our call on Monday afternoon to let us know that an exterminator would be out to treat the area on Tuesday. This did kill several of the bugs, but we there were still quite a few more (many outside and a few inside) for the remainder of the week which made the stay pretty stressful.
Also, the golf cart had an issue on the very last day of our stay and we were not able to use it at all that day.
I don't know that I would stay here again unless there was some assurance in the listing that regular pest control was being done on the home.
