The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (2 m x 2 m), a large closet with a built-in safe, and a sitting area (Two extra beds for children are available). The naturally lit bathroom features a bathtub with an integrated shower, a washing machine (with laundry detergent included), a toilet, a sink, a hair dryer, shower and hand towels, soap, and 2 bathrobes. The spacious kitchen-living room (with a balcony) is equipped with an oven, an induction stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker (usable without filter bags), a Senseo pod machine, a microwave, a kettle, an egg cooker, a toaster, pots, dishes, glasses, silverware, tea and coffee pods, and various kitchen utensils (dish towels, cleaning rags, soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, paper towels, parchment paper, salt, pepper, and fresh eggs daily from the property’s own chickens). A spacious dining area is available for your use. The light-filled living area features a pull-out couch, a flat-screen TV, a tablet with Amazon Music access, a music station, an electric dartboard, board games, books, acupressure mat, a foot massager roller, an infrared heat cabin, and a robot vacuum cleaner. The balcony, for your exclusive use, offers a unique view of nature and is equipped with seating and an electric kettle grill. The spacious garden with a sauna and hot tub invites you to relax. Various baby and children’s items are available upon request: travel crib, extra bed, safety rail, high chair, changing pad for the washing machine, toilet seat, step stool for the sink, play mat with mobile, and children’s play corner. In a very quiet and sunny secluded location, somewhat removed from the Rimbach neighborhood of “Madersdorf,” you’ll find our modern and new “Teufelsbauer” vacation rental, featuring its own infrared cabin for 2 people (+ 2 children) at an elevation of 640 meters at the foot of the Hohenbogen. From the second floor, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding nature. Our vacation apartment (65 square meters) is the ideal vacation home for families, hikers, ski tourers, and those seeking peace and quiet, and it’s an excellent starting point for excursions into the Upper Bavarian Forest. Well-known hiking trails, such as the Goldsteig, mountain bike trails, and cross-country ski trails are right on your doorstep. The ski slopes are a 15-minute drive away. The spacious garden, featuring a seasonal pool, barbecue area, trampoline, treehouse, swings, slide, sauna, and hot tub, is perfect for relaxing and playing. Pets are not allowed. A baby crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Check-out is available between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Tourist tax: 1.50 EUR. An extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
